Early 2012 Home Prices in Lower Merion and Delco


Avon Road is close to Pubs and Parks
 Listed below are 2012 homes sold for less than 1 Million dollars in towns surrounding the Main Line. Included is the nicely remodeled 3-bed, 1.5-bath charmer at 227 Avon Rd. in Narberth, which hit the market for $459,900 at Thanksgiving and was under contract by Christmas for $435,000. Smartly priced, this house did not have to wait for price reductions to its find new owner. Most homes listed below were reduced from their initial list price (far right) prior to attracting a buyer.
